Love spicy food? 😋 Try this super fiery Thecha Macaroni inspired by the famous Maharashtrian thecha!
Made with garlic, green chilies, peanuts, and bold flavors, this macaroni recipe is perfect for spice lovers 🌶️🔥 The coarse thecha paste gives it an authentic desi taste with a modern pasta twist.
Steps:- 👇🏻
1. First, take a pan and add water. Add a little oil and salt to it.
2. Add 1 cup of macaroni and boil it until soft.
3. Strain the macaroni and keep it aside.
4. Now in another pan, add 1 tsp oil. Then add 5-6 garlic cloves, 6-7 green chilies, 1 tsp cumin seeds, and 1/4 cup peanuts.
5. Cook it for 1-2 minutes.
6. Transfer this mixture to a blender jar (or use a mortar and pestle if you have one). Add 1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder and salt.
7. Grind it into a slightly coarse paste.
8. Now heat 1 tsp oil in a pan and add the prepared paste.
9. Cook for 1 minut then add the boiled macaroni.
10. Add 1 tsp dark soy sauce and mix well.
11. Add fresh coriander leaves.
12. Mix everything together properly.
