There has been lots of videos about meatballs but none with the passion of this guy. He loves his grandma so I love the way he makes his meatballs. I learnt a lot today, thank you for sharing. ❤.
I always measure the salt 1 tsp of fine sea salt per pound of meat that way I know it won’t be over or under seasoned 👍
You know darn well you make the tester because you're hungry now and cant wait until later
So, Polpette = Italian mini meatloaf 😋
Wow, this is a true learning experience 👍 Thank~you !
Also very Brooklyn.
So they get cooked cold straight from the fridge?
Hi! I live on the west coast. Where can I buy veal???? I haven't seen it in the markets in years. This is how my Nonna made them.
It was very nice to watch you cook. Not too fast, clear, down to earth & informative. ❤

You remind me of my Roman & Neopolitan grandmother making her meatballs. Also, called bread balls. With 11 kids to feed, she had to make the meat stretch.
