200g Tomato 7-8 Chopped garlic cloves 1 Small Chopped Onion 1tsp Butter 1 tsp oregano 1.5tsp chilli flakes 1/2tsp Pepper Powder Salt to taste
🍕Blanch the tomato then remove the skin of tomato and roughly blend. 🍕In a pan, add butter, garlic, onion, cook till golden brown then add blended tomato and salt & spices and cook for a while & it’s done.
To make Pizza 🍕
4 Tortilla Pizza sauce Paneer, Corn, Capsicum, Mushroom for Toppings Cheese as per required 1/2tsp Butter
🍕First, Cut the tortillas into heart shape then spread butter in one tortilla then pizza sauce and cover with another tortilla. 🍕Now, again spread pizza sauce, toppings and cheese on top & bake for 20-25 mins at 160°C and ENJOY!
