1–2 tomatoes (finely chopped)
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chili powder
½ teaspoon black pepper powder
1 small carrot (finely chopped)
1 small capsicum (finely chopped)
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
1 tablespoon Schezwan sauce
½ teaspoon mixed herbs
1 tablespoon butter
Fresh coriander leaves (for garnish)

The pasta is boiled in salted water with a little oil until perfectly soft.

For the flavorful masala, finely chopped garlic is sautéed in oil, followed by onions and fresh tomatoes. It is seasoned with salt, Kashmiri red chili powder, and black pepper for a rich color and balanced spice. Fresh vegetables like carrots and capsicum add crunch and nutrition.
