  1. I do Alfredo with .5 cups (120 ml) of butter, 1.5 cups (360 ml) of heavy cream, and 2 cups (480 ml) of shredded Parmesan. Plus garlic, salt, and pepper. Delicious, but you don’t want to do it every night. 😉
