It’s National Pizza Day, so we’re doin’ it Cajun style 😎🍕

Ingredients:
1 tbsp Dan-O’s Outlaw Butter Dust
1 tbsp Dan-O’s Ranch Cheesoning
1 tbsp Dan-O’s Cajun Seasoning
⅓ cup olive oil
1 lb pizza dough
2 chicken breasts
½ red bell pepper, diced
½ green bell pepper, diced
½ red onion, diced
8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese
1 jar Alfredo sauce

Preparation Instructions:
-Prepare the Pan: Pour 1 cup of olive oil into a 14-inch cast-iron pan. Sprinkle a light dusting of Dan-O’s Outlaw Butter Dust to coat the entire bottom evenly. Add a generous layer of Dan-O’s Ranch Cheesoning and a touch of Dan-O’s Cajun Seasoning over the oil.
-Prepare the Dough: Lightly flour your work surface or pizza paddle. Place the 1 lb of dough in the flour, flip it, and stretch gently until it reaches about 14 inches wide. Carefully lay the stretched dough into the prepared pan and press out toward the edges.
-Build the Pizza Base: Spread a generous layer of Carbone’s Alfredo sauce evenly over the dough.
-Prepare the Toppings: Cook the chicken breasts until they reach about 145°F (slightly undercooked).
-Slice the chicken into thin strips (it will finish cooking on the pizza).. Dice your red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and red onion into small pieces
-Assemble the Pizza: Sprinkle Dan-O’s Ranch Cheesoning lightly over the sauce. Add diced peppers and onions, spreading evenly. Layer the sliced chicken generously across the top.
-Add 8 oz of fresh mozzarella cheese. Finish with a sprinkle of Dan-O’s Red Pepper Cheesoning for extra flavor and a crispy crust.
-Cook the Pizza: Place the cold cast-iron pan over high heat for about 3 minutes to preheat the bottom and start forming a crispy crust. Transfer the pan to a 400°F oven and bake for 20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
-Serve: Let the pizza cool slightly before slicing. Yum Yum, Get Ya Sum!

  3. Dan O, I’m not necessarily a Bills fan (I’m actually a proud member of the #WhoDatNation⚜️🏈), but I respect Buffalo and I love watching them play. They’ve been in so many epic games (many of them in the postseason), and Josh Allen is as good a QB as there is in the league. Having said that, I was OUTRAGED when they fired Sean McDermott!
