I'm thoroughly american and my grandma would butter the bread on peanut butter toast. It is not weird.
Now, British people try an average American lunch: two double bacon cheeseburgers, an entire bag of chips (crisps) and a 64 oz big gulp of Pepsi. Don't forget about having a few Twinkies afterwards for dessert.

I never tried your packaged sandwiches, but I love your crisps, especially salt & vinegar and cheddar & onion. Branston Pickle is… interesting. I didn't try any sodas there, but I do love your blackcurrant drink, and your cadbury chocolate is much better than ours.
