By the way those cans are definitely not san marzano tomatoes and probably just regular roma. Mutti does do san marzano in a can but it is not those cans

nice dish , although i think i would add some breadcrumbs [crotons] to the top to soak up some of that lovely sauce….but that view at the end, with that red skyline is to die for…..ah well but to the grey leaden skies of england for me ๐ we do have the advantage of it not being that hot, i guess :O)

I made this for dinner Monday night and it was bloody delicious! I used three pork ribs because like bacon, more is better! Will definitely be making this again as it was packed with so much flavour. Cooking the sauce for three hours makes a world of difference.
