ZOMBIELAND: DOUBLE TAP IS THE PERFECT SEQUEL! In this Mom and Daughter Reacts video, Tessa (Mama’s Geeky) and her daughter Lorie dive into the Zombieland sequel, which is brilliantly named Zombieland: Double Tap! We had an absolute blast reacting to it! I had seen the first movie years ago, but getting to experience this sequel together with my daughter was such a fun ride. Lorie was completely shocked when she realized it took 10 years for a sequel to come out — and even more impressed that it’s been 10 years in the movie too. That detail alone made the whole thing even better. As always, Jesse Eisenberg (The Social Network) and Woody Harrelson (Now You See Me) are incredible together, and their chemistry is still one of the best parts of this franchise. This sequel really leans into the humor while also upping the chaos, surprises, and emotional moments in ways we didn’t expect. And yes… we both may have gotten a little emotional by the end. The cast is stacked and so much fun, with Emma Stone (La La Land) and Abigail Breslin (Little Miss Sunshine) returning and fitting right back into the group, plus Zoey Deutch (Set It Up) as Madison, who honestly stole way more scenes than we expected. And of course, that Luke Wilson (Legally Blonde) and Thomas Middleditch (Silicon Valley) cameo will never stop being funny — we were laughing so hard. This movie is full of twists, surprises, ridiculous zombie rules, and heart, making it such a fun follow-up to the original. Zombieland: Double Tap reminded us why we love this franchise so much — hilarious, action-packed, and surprisingly emotional. Zombie sequels don’t always work… but this one absolutely does!

I still like the first Zombieland alot better. This was a good sequel, but cannot compare to the first one. I do wish the Leon actor (he played Leon in Resident Evi remake, Little Rock's LI) had more to do, like I didn't care for him at all, I wish he was written better. Madison was okay but just the comic relief. It felt more goofier than the first one. I really wished this was darker and felt more real. I love Woody though in this. Such a badass. The first one ironically felt more realistic and darker to me. This leaned too much into comedy.
