If like me Sausage and mustard is your favorite combination this baked pasta is just your thing. I have tried this with chicken mushroom and anything i have in my pantry and worked always perfect. long story short here are the ingreadients:)

Ingredients:
¤ 1 tbsp olive oil
¤ Packet of 10 sausages
cut into chunky pieces
¤ 1 large onion,chopped
¤2 garlic cloves, crushed
¤ 1 cup Broccoli (optional)
¤ 1 tsp smoked paprika powder
¤ 2 tbsp tomato puree
¤ 1 tsp vegetable stock powder
¤ 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
¤ Salt & Pepper (according to taste)
For Mustard Sauce:
¤ 500ml milk
¤ 3 tbsp plain flour
¤ 1 egg yolk
¤ 50g butter
¤ 100g grated cheddar Cheese
¤ 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
¤ Salt & Pepper
¤ 500g any short pasta( like penne, fusilli etc)
For Garnishing:
¤ Cherry Tomatoes
¤ Fresh coriander or parsley leaves
