Ciao Rino. See you in March. What a beautiful view of the hilltop village from back yard. Oh yes we do have mattresses in back yards in US. I bought a property in Arkansas and there were mattresses and the kitchen sink thrown down the hill over the years. It was a huge clean up. This is a great property with some love. Just love and it can be magical. Thanx

I love these houses from the 70-80s with the original interior, it's like a time capsule or a film set, sends me back to my childhood.
I would rework some things, besides removing all of the wallpaper. I could see myself living there. Perhaps that's a record turntable under the the TV? Grazie Rino!
