Getting wine 🍷 from a historic wine window in Florence is one of those pinch-me moments 🇮🇹✨ Fun fact: Florence’s famous buchette del vino (wine windows) date back to the 1600s, when noble families sold wine directly from their palaces—avoiding taxes and limiting contact during plagues. Most wine windows today only serve during specific hours or for walk-ups, but because we actually ate at the restaurant, they made a special exception for us 🍷🤍 Truly an “only in Florence” experience.
