Hey, Bob….I'm wondering how you let these wines sit overnight to develop. As in are you storing them in a bottle and recorked? vacuum sealed? decanted? refrigerated? thank you!
Our local Costco doesn’t have it. Then again,, compared to your video of the wine selection of yours, ours has a very limited range.
My first Brunello was the 1975 vintage that confounded me with a perfect mix of deep color and dramatic textures both smooth and balsamic grape spiciness! Damn if I can recall the producer’s name though?!
