Recipe:
2 cups oats
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla/flavoring of your choice
Once you combine all the ingredients be sure to mix and then transfer the contents to a baking tray.
Spread out the mixture and then press down on it
Bake at 325 F for about 30 minutes or until it’s a nice brown color
At the 15 minute mark, take out the granola and mix it around in the tray, press down on the mixture again and put back into the oven to bake for the rest of the 15 minutes
Take it out and cool for at least 2 hours without touching it to ensure a crunch texture
Pair with any yogurt of your choice or eat it plain!
