📝 Ingredients:
1 chicken breast
Spinach
4 sheets gouda cheese
200 g mushrooms
2 ciabatta breads
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 garlic clove
2 tablespoons mustard sauce
1 lemon
½ red bell pepper
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon barbecue sauce
1 tablespoon ketchup
Salt and black pepper
Lemon zest

📜 Preparation:
Knead the garlic and add to the olive oil and set aside for about 7-10 minutes to make the oil taste.
Cut the chicken breast and divide it into 4 pieces, then make it taste with flavored oil, salt, pepper, lemon peel, and lemon juice and rest for 15 minutes.
Slice the mushrooms and bell pepper and grill them.
On both sides of the bread, taste the oil. Toast the sides of the bread slightly on the grill plate.
Grill the flavored slices of chicken as well.
Mix the bell pepper in the mixer with the mustard sauce, ketchup, mayonnaise, barbecue sauce, flavored oil, salt, and pepper.
Pour a little sauce over the bread surface and put the spinach leaves, then chicken fillets, mushroom and gouda cheese. Pour some sauce on the second layer of the bread and place it on the rest of the ingredients and place the sandwich in the grill pan and place a heavyweight on it to press. After 10 minutes the sandwich is ready and you can serve it with vegetables.
