








Made some pizzas last night, one 20" pepperoni & half mushroom with dollops of ricotta added post bake, one 15" veggie with a garlic parmesan cream sauce for the base, and one 14" buffalo chicken. All were baked in the Ooni Koda 2 Max on screens to start, then removed after 3 1/2 – 4 minutes and baked directly on the stone for another 3-4 minutes for a total bake time of 7-8 min per pizza. Haven't used the Ooni in a while, so this was fun to do again.
