Ingredients:
Maida – 2 cups
Soda – 1/4 tsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Sugar – 1 tsp
Oil – 2 tbsp

For Filling:
Mutton Kheema – 200 gms
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Cumin/Zeera Powder – 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper/Kali Mirch Powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala Powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander/Dhaniya Powder – 1/2 tsp
Red Chilly/Lal Mirch Powder – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric/Haldi Powder – 1/4 tsp
Oil – 2 tbsp
Onion
Green Chillies
Coriander and Mint Leaves
