Slow Living in Italy: Cooking Stinging Nettles Risotto & Meatballs | Gardening

In today’s episode, I’m cooking a stinging nettle risotto with gorgonzola cream and meatballs in white sauce. I’ll also do some gardening, build a jasmine wall as a DIY project, decorate my room with green branches, and create some scented potpourri.

Wow.., urzici ., nu am mancat de foarte mult timp urzici .!Din pacate . aici in Spania , in zona in care locuiesc nu se gasesc., nici urzici ., nici leurda … Chiftelele alea arata foarte bine ., iar sosul trebuie sa-l pregatesc si eu la fel ca tine ., multumesc de idee ! Dar .., cea ce mi-a placut cel mai mult in acest video .., a fost gardul de jasmin….Doamne ., acum un an ., nu stiu ce s-a intamplat in/cu mine , s-a produs un click .., legat de jasmin … si de atunci a devenit o adictie, mirosul si floarea de jasmin ., as putea spune ca . .., sau …, si daca vad cuvantul jasmin scris ., ma induce intr-o stare de bine … ๐. Deci cumpar orice are jasmin., de ceaiuri ., nici nu mai vorbesc ., am peste 15 sortimente de ceaiuri cu iasomie …Si acum am vazut gardul tau …, no…cum sa mai pot sta linistita .., la asta chiar nu m-am gandit ,un gard cu flori de jasmine…, deci mi-ai facut ziua/viata๐mai frumoasa ..๐คญ.!! Trebuie sa invat sa fac si eu acest gard neaparat ., pas cu pas ., nici nu stiu de unde sa cumpar plantele ., dar o sa le caut pe internet ., vreau pt casa din Romania .. Hey there im a bit late but a big congratulations to the 8k souls that follow you and are really delighted to watch your hard work,, those meatballs are super nice and are a perfect size all they needed is just a bit more crunchy outer layer but it looked super delicious as for the jasmines you guys did a great job i have lost 5 jasmine trees before ๐ขbut Iโll try and get another wish you a happy week
