Pairing Le’Cole Merlot with Tortellini Truffle Found at Aldi

In the linked video, I perform a taste test and wine tasting / wine pairing with Le’Cole Merlot with different types of foods. In this short, the food I taste tested and conducted a wine pairing with the Merlot was a simple dish of Tortellini Truffle I found at Aldi. I first taste test the tortellini truffle and then pair the tortellini truffle with the wine. It was delicious! A very pleasing wine and food pairing. I rated this taste test / wine pairing dish a seven.
