This is the recipe and method I use to make pizza dough! It’s pretty easy, only takes about 1 1/2 hours, and is enough to make a large pizza. Of course top it however you like (I opt for fresh herbs and veggies, but my husband likes cheese and beyond sausage on his). You can also vary the cooking time according to your own crust preferences 🙂

Pizza Dough:
1 cup warm water
1.5 Tablespoons yeast
1 Tablespoon sugar
2 pinches salt
2 1/2 – 3 cups flour (I would start with 2 1/2 and if it needs more, gradually knead it in)
