For this recipe you’ll need the following Ingredients:
1.5 to 2 lbs of fresh green beans (trimmed and chopped)
1 Jar of Shiitake Mushrooms and about 1/2 lb of sliced fresh Shiitake or baby Portabella mushrooms
1 medium sized Sweet Yellow Onion, chopped
4-5 Garlic Cloves, minced
2 Cups of soaked raw cashews
2 Cups of liquid for cashew cream (broth from jar of mushrooms and water)
2 tsp Corn Starch
1 Tbsp of Fresh Thyme, minced
1 tsp dried Parsley, minced
1 bag/container of French Onions
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Paprika, a few pinches
