Bring it on!!
Rolled, filled and stuffed pasta are true Epicurean delights. The promise of a plate of Lasagna, Cannelloni or Ravioli conjures up a gastronomic fantasy which should only be for the gods but is thankfully reserved for the common man. The ravioli recipe I will be making features a filling of fresh pears and tangy Pecorino cheese. It is one of my favorites! We leave soon for our Farmhouse in Tuscany with the Perry and Horton Families from the right here in Memphis.
