I whipped up a recipe for low carb Alfredo! This dish is perfect for those who have just started their diet and want to enjoy their favorite pasta dish while keeping it Low-carb. It’s also keto friendly, although I’d recommend substituting the milk with heavy cream as a lower carb option. Ingredients:
-chicken tenderloins
-olive oil
-Salt & pepper
-Tony’s chacheres
-Garlic powder
-onion powder
-italian seasoning
-2tbsp cream cheese
-2tbsp butter
-1c milk
-Parmesan cheese
-zucchini noodles
(I don’t have specific measurements for the seasoning for the chicken, I just eyeballed it) for the sauce I used 1/2tsp of garlic and 1/2tsp Italian seasoning.)
