I made this today but the pasta came out very taff even tough I let it cook for a very long time… I don’t know what happend 😢 I used de cecco semola for pasta, warm water and salt and the dough was perfect just like yours in the video. Do you had this problem before? Please help 🙏🏻🫶🏻

What's the flour (semolina) and water ratio?
300gr of semolina flour and 15cl of tempered water + pinch of salt. works everytime for me !
