and this is our spaghetti con lecel okay and a bit of cherry tomatoes just freshly done they’re a bit more expensive they won’t go there but they have lots of flavors software for a pasta the idea sauce so what do you make sure seriously then you throw them in okay and then you have to do this movement for a couple of minutes you know too hard but on the surface so if you have a because sometimes there are some plants that they look alright when I said they’re empty inside and full of sand okay so this one they will open when you do this okay and so you eliminate those otherwise is olive oil and garlic these are around for you know nice cloves of garlic chopped finely thank you and also if I like to put a you know beautiful so you break them in like the red peppers like yeah these are cayenne chili Hot Chili Peppers yeah like the band reduction foreign until they’re open cherry tomatoes why hot yeah see now if you want to just just check if there is any sand okay if there was sand you don’t have to throw every you know these things away you know just that you just take the clamps out okay and after you filter it and you put it in a in a and you leave it there for a couple of minutes all the sand would just drop on the on the on down and just you pour the rest in okay okay just uh so just take I take a bit of the cleanse out so we use them as decoration later on okay some people some people cook them after they shed them all I think first of all it’s too time consuming and also this kind of seafood is best to eat you know in a 10 minutes so if you do all the job after the dry out wow remember that okay and uh just uh sorry you do the same thing with muscles as opposed to clams I don’t like really the pasta with only muscles but I prefer to mix them with if I do with Masala it means some cleanse a muscle some shrimps or prawns you know a bit of a mix breakfast foreign into the sauce so we finished to cook it inside okay oh so yeah it’s not even halfway cooked yet yeah foreign away no don’t just put it on and after it we put a bit of juice on everyone thank you yes you know fabulous delicious nice and spicy
