Hey DannyB. I ain't no Italian foodie. Just a good ole Irish Hillbilly. But I don't eat much in a years time for pasta. And when I want spaghetti I usually use winter squash aka spaghetti squash in place of the pasta. And I always put my sauce on the spaghetti, not the other way around.
