This house is exquisitely finished, from the floors to the woodwork to the walls.
I missed it on Saturday but I watched Sunday night with a coffee in hand. At first, last year I would watch a video every so often but now I don't miss a single one. It's your Jedi mind trick saying at the end..,"Whatever you do. Whatever you do. Do not, miss this one." Well, I didn't miss it. Thanks for expanding our world, and Lord willing if the creek don't rise, I'll be there one day. Grazie ancora per aver condiviso con noi questa bella casa!
Like a guy on one of those house hunter shows once said, "You take a number two with a view!" In the upstairs bathroom. That cracked me up when he said that. My inner child activated I suppose.

It is a cute house. Unfortunately, public data shows that the population has been in decline for decades. In 2023, approximately 869 people lived there. Winters are rated as "very cold" (hence the reason it's near the ski slopes) and the air quality is rated as "not good." Concerningly, it's also in an earthquake zone. Prezza had its most recent earthquake tremors on April 2, 2024.

Most of the house is gorgeous, for sure, but it looks like serious mold is growing in the cave. Some of these stone properties don't do well as vacation homes because they need airing year-round. Mold would be a serious concern for me. Not sure I'd want to live right next door to a Church. The bells are every hour, 24/7, and then there are the people and cars during services. The terrace offers spectacular views, but it's not exactly private or quiet. One video on a quiet day never tells the full story in Italy. Where do you park the car? That's always the question with these city-center properties.
In Italy the word “bar” to them – is equivalent to the word “caffè”…Italians are known to put alcohol in their coffee, so the locations are often called a bar but when you walk in, it is often like a coffee shop.
