This isn't a house – it's a museum! What a treat to see it. It is heartbreaking to imagine what it must have once been, in it's prime. I really hope someone will buy it who will restore it to its glory. All those historical details have to be saved!
That house has amazing possibilities, and is a great bargain, but I fail to see how anyone could be living in it as is. What a mish-mash of rooms and hallways, and if there was a usable kitchen, I totally missed it. Great adventure there for someone. The setting is stunning.

What a unique and stunningly beautiful farmhouse! Everything is just spectacular. Considering it's sheer size and location the price is surprizing! It will cost a bunch to modernize and carefully reconfigure but for anyone with a vision, a good architect and a love of all the old world beauty already here, it count be worth it and offer an amazing lifestyle to work at home. That entire top floor wil be gorgeous turned into bedrooms and baths. I'd be reluctant to change the ground floor i think, but I can also see the immense potential of those spaces. All of it and the garden too! Just amazing. This is one of your houses I'd love to get a tour of in 6 years again, to see what the new owners have done with it! What a wonderful tour Nick! Hi Nick–I think that "cloak room" downstairs is actually a wet room. I think I spied a faucet/shower hanging on the wall right as you enter. And is the only "kitchen" that room with the sink at 29:44?

OMG Nick, I think you've just found my dream property. I love old places where I can explore for days. Not a huge fan of the Indian Figs though, they are considered a pest in Australia. But apparently the fruit is lovely to eat.

That’s stupid. The well and grain storage was inside for safety, not luxury. Safety of access/person at all times in case of marauders and safety from poisoning.

There are so many possibilities with this property. It'll require a lot of plumbing work for all the new bathrooms. But it seems reasonably priced for the Cortona area and the size of the property. The cantina is fantastic. I would consider moving the vats to another location on the property (to reuse??) and turn the rooms into an awesome bar. Nick, there were times in this video where your excitement was such that I thought you could have used a moment alone. 😇Your enthusiasm and energy are contagious. I hope you had a Buona Pasqua.
