► Ingredients :
PENNE rigate – 400 gr
Pitted GREEN OLIVES – 80 gr
Pitted BLACK OLIVES – 80 g
PEELED TOMATOES – 600 gr
CAPERS – 50 gr
ANCHOVY FILLETS in oil – 5
GARLIC CLOVES – 2
PARSLEY – 1 sprig
HOT PEPPER – 1
SALT – to taste.
EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL (EVO) – as needed
