    the best thing to do during times of change/transition is stay grounded in the present + remind yourself of your brave decision to venture out like you've been doing🤍🕊 it's not easy to transition from a fast-pace nyc life to the relaxed italian one & besides your cooking community, you're doing this on your own right? that deserves serious credit! being alone means exploration, self-actualization, and transformation. these are magical times & i hope you're enjoying them. when i visited sorrento & positano, i was trying to take it all in and i kept hitting this ceiling where i couldn't grasp it all and it reminded me of john steinbeck saying 'positano bites deep, it is a dream place that isn't quite real when you are there and becomes beckoningly real after you have gone.' enjoy it to the fullest, in bocca al lupo 💖
