My friend made a plate using mozzarella de bufala, tomato and basil. He seasoned it with cracked pepper, salt and the best extra virgin olive oil.๐๐๐
Vincenzo; Your food looks fabulous. Wonder if you know this recipe that My Grandma used to make, she was from northern Italy. It was a homemade ravioli with "Ping," stuffing. It contained ricotta, garlic, spinach, sausage and ground beef, oregano, salt pepper. A killer combination, but so hard to make. You'll never want another ravioli after these. You know your Italian cooking so I thought I'd ask. Keep doing your show. REVENGE! ha ha
