A few weeks ago, Rome’s pizza scene was shaken to its core. It happened when Italy’s pizza legend, Chef Diego Vitaligano, the winner of the luxurious ‘Italy’s Best Pizza’ competition, opened his first-ever restaurant in Italy outside of Rome.

To get there, you need to make a real effort—it’s not in the tourist center. Far from it! It’s not easy to make an authentic Neapolitan pizza in Rome, but Diego decided to take on this challenge.

Did he succeed? Let’s find out! Join me on a new pizza adventure!
PLUS – an exclusive interview with Chef Diego Vitagliano!

  1. " Not creepy at all & 20 years of psychology bills " 😂 killed me ! Love your sense of humor ! Zucchini flowers with cheese are to die for , pizza looks amazing . I am sold , time to visit Rome again !

  2. My wife and I took your advice on Spaghetti all"assassina in Bari last month, fantastic. We will try Diego's Pizza in October, when in Rome . We enjoy your low keyed , everyday approach of your videos.

  3. We like the no tourists vibe 😍..even though we are tourists 😄 Little hike from centro but added bonus you get to visit Milvian Bridge on the way.
