When I used to cook on the Koda, hardest thing was keeping the back from getting charred. I feel like at the biggest it can only handle a 10″. The 20-30 second needed in the beginning to let the base set before rotating always roasted my crust if it wasn’t a 10″ pizza or smaller.
I learned that pressing down in the middle while shaping prevents the crust from puffing up where you don’t want it to. The video is def with a watch and was a total game changer!!
