Ingredients for 8-10 servings:
400 g lady fingers
Cocoa powder
For the coffee mixture:
200 ml cold coffee
30 ml whiskey
1 tsp pumpkin spice
For the pumpkin cream:
500 g mascarpone cheese
350 g pumpkin puree
250 ml whipping cream
4 egg yolks
180 g sugar
50 ml Marsala wine
