Simple but really tasty garlic chicken. SHOPPING LIST – Whole chicken parts – Garlic, Fresh Tomatoes, Onions, Olives, Fresh Chili, Oregano, Rosemary, Olive Oil, Salt Better, Bay Leaf.
You can maybe try Basil, Thyme, Marjoram or mixed Italian herbs. We have used black but you could of course try Green Olives. A touch of red wine could be good? ENJOY.
