A pasta salad that reminds me of a summer day with my Grandma 🥒Not pictured but worthy of mentioning: shrimp & olives (if you’re a fan). Ingredients:
1 box grape tomatoes, halved1 large bell pepper
1/2 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup chopped cucumbers
6 green onions, chopped
1/2 cup chopped pitted kalamata black olives
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice (or more)
1 tbsp dry vermouth or dry white wine
1 tsp sea salt, pepper, and Italian herbs
3/4 pound medium pasta shells, cooked
1 to 2 lbs cooked, shelled shrimp
