After a successful opening weekend here in Virginia for spring gobblers, I had to whip up some delicious eats fresh from the field. I decided to go Italian and make up one of my favorite turkey recipes with some of the wild game meat from the buckingham cabin trip. This is a super easy and delicious way to serve up these tougher big Tom Turkeys. It takes about 30 minutes to prepare and a sure fire way to get the family on board with wild game and even coming back for seconds. Let us know if you try it at home!
