Ingredients
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp lemon zest
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
salt
Lemon juice/half lemon
some parsley
1 lb shrimp- i cooked less
1/3 cup white wine
Note..when you add the wine and lemon juice, reduce about half by simmering in low heat.
you want the wine to cook off and leave all that delicious flavor but none of the alcohol
