Hi Family. I’m so excited about bringing this next video to you on this DELICIOUS ITALIAN DESSERT. I stumbled across it because I have an abundance of red grapes and I wanted to show you something different. I had the best opportunity to film 3 different individuals And get their perspective on Day 1 & Day 2. I really enjoyed making this as much as seeing the various people’s opinion on how it tasted. This dessert originated from Tuscany, Italy in Jan 2009.
INGREDIENTS
1½c All purpose Flour
1½tsp baking powder
½tsp baking soda
¼tsp salt (if not using salted butter)
1 stick of salted or unsalted butter
⅔c + 2T white sugar(divided)
2 Lg eggs
1T grated orange zest
⅔c Vin Santo or sweet wine(I used Peach Schnappes)
1¼c seedless red grapes
Confectioner’s powdered sugar
Bake 375° for 18-20min.
