Born in Rome in 1990. He started early, at 14, acquiring experience in the summer. In Dubai, since December 2013, he’s the pastry chef at Social By Heinz Beck inside the Waldorf Astoria Palm Jumeirah.

We are in the final stages in closing the loop of the plastic recycling process and we will start producing Polo Shirts from textile fibres created from the plastic bottles. The revenue from the merchendize net sale is donated to Al Jalila Foundation. We are the first water brand in the UAE to launch such a sustainability program
