පැස්ටා කිව්ව ගමන් මතක් වෙන්නෙ ඉතාලියනෙ. ඒත් ඉතින් නියමම පැස්ටා රස බලන්න ඕන උනා කියලා හිතුනු හිතුනු සැරේ ඉතාලි ගිහින් එන්න කියලයැ. හැබැයි කණගාටු වෙන්න එපා. වැඩි දුර යන්න ඕනෙ නෑ. ගාලු කොටුවෙ තියෙන පැස්ටා පැට්ටේරියට ගියානම් නියමම ඉතාලි රස තියෙන හොඳම පැස්ටා කාලා එන්න පුලුවන්. දිව උලුක් වෙන විදියෙ ඉතාලි නම් වලින් තියෙන එක එක ජාතියෙ පැස්ටා ගොඩක්ම මේකෙ තියෙනවා. එයින් ගොඩක් ඒවා අපිට වෙනත් සාමාන්ය අවන්හල් වලදි දැකගන්න නොලැබෙන ඒවා. ඒ විතරක් නෙවෙයි මුල සිට අගට පැස්ටා පිළියෙල වෙන විදියත් අපිට බලාගන්න පුලුවන්. අපිට එතැනට ගිය වෙලාවෙදි දැකගන්න ලැබුන මාරම දෙයක් තමයි පිටරටවල් වල සංචාරකයො පවා මෙතැන හොයාගෙනම එනවා. ඒ කියන්නෙ මේක ලංකාවෙ විතරක් නෙවෙයි. ලෝකෙම ප්රසිද්ධ තැනක්. විඩීයෝව බැලුවම ඔයාලට තෙරෙයි හරියටම විස්තරේ.
We Love Pasta!
Recently we went towards Galle & thought of trying out Pasta Factory for the first time. It’s located inside the Galle Fort.
We really liked the ambience at The Pasta Factory. Unique decors, beautiful portraits, handmade ornaments brighten up the whole space.
This place has a whole range of Italian food, beverages, desserts etc…
Specially they do have Authentic Italian Handmade pasta, which we are so much interested in 😍
We tried,
*Ravioli di Ricotta alla Bolognese – LKR 1450
*Gnocchi Gorgonzola e Noci – LKR 1350

* Cream Cookies – LKR 650/=

* Italian Brownies with Vanila Ice-Cream – LKR 650/=

* Nutella Cake – LKR 550/=
* Nutella Crepes – LKR 650/=
We really felt that we haven’t tried perfect pasta flavours until we tried this place. So good it taste & we love their friendly service. Specially the owner Ms Paola was so helpful with every guest & we saw how friendly she is with everyone. This is one of the places you guys shouldn’t miss out.
And don’t forget that they are BYOB so you can take along your booze and have a good time while having delicious Italian food…
