750g – 1 kl spaghetti n. 5
5 L water
5 tsp rock salt

For Seafood sauce
400g squid (i buy frozen) fresh is recommended
400g shrimp tails (i buy frozen) better to buy fresh
300g Datterino cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1/2 cup wine
1 1/2 tsp fine salt
1/8 ground black pepper
1/2 onion, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp olive oil to sauté the ingredients

For Garnish
Lemon juice and fresh parsley
