Ingredients:
500gr raw beetroot
1 red onion
1/2 tsp salt
3 garlic cloves
30ml olive oil
– mix well
– bake at 200 degrees for about 35/40 minutes

500ml water from the boiled pasta
– blend together
*in a saucepan
20ml olive oil
boiled tagliatele
beet sauce
fresh dill
*serve with
baby mozzarella
pine nuts
wild onion
