Ingredients for 3-4 people
– 400 g (14,11 oz) of peeled pumpkin
– 2 sausages
– 700 ml of béchamel sauce
– 200 g (7,05 oz) of scamorza cheese or provolone
– 40 g (1,41 oz) of grated Parmesan cheese
– 20 g (0,70 oz) of chopped onion
– extra virgin olive oil
– egg Pasta Sheets for Lasagne
– a pinch of pepper
– salt
