Authentic Italian Focaccia bread called by her Italian Grandmother as “Focatz bread”
Jen’s Grandmother brought this recipe with her to the United States in the 1930’s and had continued to make for her family until her passing. In this video Jen takes on the family tradition to make Grandma’s “Focatz” bread.
Jen has always been an amazing cook, learning most of her skills from her mother Donna. Also learning much from her Grandmother that immigrated to the United States from Italy during the 1930’s.
Gina has been a silly, funny alter ego of Jen’s after having a few cocktails.
