On Wednesday, September 30, 2020 Park MGM Hotel and Casino Reopened, which included EATALY, a 40,00 square feet of high-quality Italian Cuisine venue for you to explore. EATALY opened its first US location in New York back in 2010 and has since grown to 8 locations in North America and over 38 locations worldwide. The Las Vegas location opened its doors back on December 27, 2018. The name EATALY is a fusion of two words EAT and ITALY: EATALY at PARK MGM is open 7 days a week from 7AM to 10PM.

Quick note: Although I received the okay to vlog inside Eataly from 3 different Security Guards, a 4th Security Guard approached me and politely stated I couldn’t vlog, so I had to cut my visit short.
VEGGIE HOUSE
Veggie House is an All Vegan Restaurant serving modern interpretations of classic Chinese Cuisine. BTW, they also serve Vegan Sushi, but no O’Neal our table ordered any. Dinner entrees range in price from $10 – $16 and all food is served Family Style. They are open from 11:28AM to 9:33PM Daily and is located about 3 miles west of Treasure Island. Dinner Entrees range in price from $10 – $16. The total price for my Entree (Sesame Chicken), Side of Steamed Broccoli, and Drink was $22.49, but as you can see there was plenty of food. I wouldn’t call it healthy food since most meat substitutes are high in Carbs and the glazes and sauces that were used are also high in Sugar.

I will say that the food was very delicious and having been an Ovo-Lacto Vegetarian for 10 years, Veggie House does a really good job with the quality and texture of the Non-Meat. Although, I wasn’t fond of the Shrimp substitute as it reminded me of KNOX Gelatin, soggy. All the guys enjoyed their selections and with it being Family Style, we tried everything.
