WHITE SAUCE PASTA
300 Gm Pasta
2 Tbls Butter
2 Tbls All purpose flour
300 Ml Milk
1/2 Tsp Italian Seasoning
1/2 Tsp Red Chilli Flakes
25 Gm Cheese
Sprinkle Crushed Black Pepper
Salt As Per Taste
Veggies are Optional
1/2 Green Capsicum
1/2 Red Bell Pepper
1/2 Yellow Bell Pepper
1/4 Cup of Sweet Corn
Al Dente Stage means 80% cooked
METHOD:-
1st Take a Pan (70% filled of Water)
When water little warm then Add Oil
After that add some Salt
Then Add 1 & 1/2 Cup of Panne Pasta
Cook Pasta till 80% Done (Al Dente Stage)
Note: It’s take around 6-8 Minutes maximum for Al Dente Stage
After 8 Minutes checkout the Pasta
See It’s Done
Take out the Pasta aside in Plate
Now take a Pan on Low Flame for Making Roux
Add 2 Tbls Butter on
And 2 Tbls of All Purpose Flour
Continue Stirr
(Equel quantity of Butter and Flour make perfect Roux)
Now Add 300 ml milk in it for White Sauce
And Stirr continusly till little bit thicken
Now Add some Veggies
Like 1/2 Capsicum, 1/2 Red Bell Pepper & 1/2 Yellow Bell Pepper.
And Cook 2-3 Minutes
Now Add your Boiled Pasta
Mix it very gently because Paste is Very Soft
And now add 1/4 Cup of Sweet Corn
Again mix it Gently
At last I add 1/2 Tsp of Italian Seasoning
1/2 Tsp of Red Chilli Flakes
Sprinkle Crushed Black Pepper
And Salt as per Taste
Spread some Cheese for more Taste & Thickness
Your White Sauce Pasta is Ready, Serve Hot.
