For the crepes:
600 ml milk
4 eggs
240 g all-purpose flour
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp sugar
Pinch of salt

For the mascarpone mixture:
250 g mascarpone cheese
200 ml whipping cream
180 g sugar
30 ml Marsala wine
1 tsp gelatine powder
1 tbsp instant coffee
