I slightly modified this wonderful home cooked Italian comfort food Chicken Cacciatore recipe and it was delicious!
As usual I used lots of butter and added cream to the tomato sauce.
It is a fairly easy recipe that only calls for 2 dishes but it does take some steps and a little time but it is well worth it!
I baked spaghetti squash as the side to give it that Italian comfort food feel of pasta, if you make it al dente its a bit more crunchy or you can bake it through to make it more pasta-ish.
