Roll Up Lasagne
Everyone loves Italian food & one of the icons of Italian food is the lasagne, its just a bomb of flavor & fun. This recipe we will make the roll up version.

Ingredients
For the meat sauce
1/2 cup bacon or 2 tbsp butter
1/2 cup chopped onions
2 tbsp chopped celery
2 tbsp chopped garlic
250 gm chicken mince
1 cup tomato puree
2-4 basil leaves
1/2 tbsp sugar
Season with salt & pepper
For the whiter sauce
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
1 1/2 cup milk
Salt to taste
Crushed black pepper
Other ingredients
1 pkt Pasta sheets
1 cups mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp chopped parsley
